Q. What is the “SchoolRewards” program?

A. SuperStar “SchoolRewards” is a program designed to help schools generate much needed funding for such things as school supplies, teaching materials and achievement programs. “SchoolRewards” is the result of exclusive partnerships between the SuperStar Project and select SuperStar Community Partners.

Q. How does “SchoolRewards” work?

A. It's easy! The SuperStar Project staff has worked tirelessly to create unique partnerships with our Community Partners - delivering our members exclusive offers, guaranteed low pricing, and special promotions.

SuperStar “SchoolRewards” is a joint effort between select Community Partners and the SuperStar Project; offering schools incremental funding!

Anyone visiting one of the six SuperStar web sites can select to have a percentage of their purchase(s) donated to the school of their choice from the drop down list below participating ads.

The consumer receives the same great low price whether or not they choose to participate, so when a school is selected it is truly a win-win for the consumer and the school!

Q. Why don't I see my school in the drop down list?

A. Every school participating in the SuperStar Project is offered the option to participate. If your school is not listed in the drop down list, one of three things is happening:

1) During their application to the SuperStar Project, they elected to NOT participate in “SchoolRewards” (contact them for further details).

2) During their application to the SuperStar Project, they elected to participate in the “SchoolRewards” program and their coding is currently being created. This normally takes no more than two days. Check back in a day or so and you should find them listed - if not, please let us know.

Q. Does the program cost ME anything?

A. No! As the consumer, you are guaranteed the same low price whether or not you select to participate in the “SchoolRewards” program. The funds that go to your school through the “SchoolRewards” program actually come from the SuperStar Project itself and our Community Partners.

Q. Why don't I see a drop down list below every ad?

A. All of our Community Partners offer our members exception savings, service and satisfaction - however they are not required to participate in the “SchoolRewards” program. Only Community Partners currently active in the “SchoolRewards” program have a drop down list below their featured ad(s).

Q. Are there any restrictions?

A. There are no restrictions to the amount of funding that can be generated for any school. However, some Community Partners require a purchase to be made within 14 days of your first click of their link through a SuperStar web site.

Q. Will the participating schools or partners change?

A. The Schools and Community Partners included within the SuperStar web sites are always active participants while they are featured on our sites.

We have never had a School or Community Partner leave the program, however if that were to happen they would be promptly removed from the web sites to eliminate the potential for confusion.
