The only exception is for the Private User License outlined below. Contents of our sites, are either the property of SuperStar Promotions, or are used with the express permission of the copyright holder. Changing or using the material on our sites for any purpose other than your private, noncommercial use is a violation of SuperStar Promotions's legal rights. Important Notice for WebMasters below. Plagiarism is illegal and we ask you to respect our rights and do the right thing. SuperStar Promotions will enforce its intellectual property rights if necessary. Marketing & Sales

The primary purpose of the SuperStar Project is to provide recognition and reward for our audiences' achievement.

The SuperStar Project is only made possible with the support of our Community Partners - typically, specially selected, leading, well recognized, products and services of interest to our audiences.

Our Community Partners provide advertising and special sales offers that are usually of a better value than our audiences, or the general public, can get elsewhere.

The SuperStar Project will clearly identify our Community Partners marketing and sales information as separate from our content.

The SuperStar Project and our Community Partners do not sell products directly to children; rather, we sell children's products for purchase by adults.

If you are a student, the SuperStar Students web site will be the best of our sites for you. And as always, we recommend that you visit our site(s), and the Internet in general, only with the supervision of a trusted adult.

Our web site content, to a large extent, consists of original and proprietary content in the form of text, graphics, and interactive programming.
